* Revise the wages of the Central Government Employees with effect from           

   1.1.2011 by setting up the 7th CPC.

*  Assured Statutory Pension to all

* Revise HRA & CCA to State Government Employees on par with Central 

   Government Employees

*  Uniform Pay & Allowances to State Government Employees on par with 
    Central Government Employees.
